Dr.Y S Raja Shekhar Reddy Garu and Sri. Jakkampudi Ram Mohan Rao Garu are known as symbols of reliability and dedication towards the betterment of society. To honor their commitment towards welfare of East Godavari region and to carry-forward their legacy, Sri Jakkampudi Ram Mohan Rao (SJRMR) Foundation was established in Feb 2016 with the aspiration to help people in need, be it in Health, Economic up-liftment or calamities. SJRMR Foundation successfully helped over more than 6500+ families by running a cohort of services and creating life-lines for people.

War On Cancer - "Cancer Free RAJANAGARAM"

SJRMR Foundation is organizing an year long War Against Cancer in Rajanagaram, Korukonda and Seethanagaram Mandals where every individual will be screened for Cancer and any further treatment will be done Free of Cost. This is being done in association with GSL Cancer Hospital Rajahmundry.

An Affiliate of SJRMR foundation

One of the best among the activities of charity is the donation of blood. Someone in India needs blood every 2 seconds. One donation of blood can save as many as 3 lives. It needs true humanity to donate blood and save lives. It turns out that donating blood does not just benefit recipients. There are health benefits for donors, too, on top of the benefits that come from helping others. It is the need of the hour to have a reliable source of blood for the needy in every city.

Now, another noble initiate is taken up by the SJRMR foundation. Hearty congratulations to them. In order to increase service in this space, Dr. YSR – Jakkampudi Rammohan Rao Blood Center, a subsidiary of SJRMR Foundation is being launched today. I am honored to be a part of the journey that will impact thousands of people. The unit is equipped with the latest of the technologies and procedures to ensure best-in-class services are offered with zero margin of error.

Covid Warriors

Covid, in the last 15 months, has tested the human race in a number of ways. During this pandemic, a team of 80 corona warriors and volunteers from SJRMR Foundation worked extremely hard to serve thousands of patients by arranging oxygen cylinders, concentrators, distributing PPE kits, medicine kits for patients isolating at home, running free ambulance services and even taking responsibility of conducting last rituals for the deceased.
